• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

• Shipping Times: Standard international shipping usually takes between 7–15 business days depending on your location.

• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey in real-time.

• Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their local customs office.

Refund Policy

We want you to love your NexusGear products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

• Returns Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
